Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.Administer Psychological Evaluations.Conduct Mental Health Screenings.Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.Write recommendations based on clinical evaluation and interview for service track to be assigned based on FCO:SSI/SSDIWellnessVocational Rehabilitation ServicesCareer Center for Employment ServicesDetermine need for additional assessment per observationParticipates in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes, including providing input to the design of any review physician formsParticipates in any required training related to the position and its responsibilitiesUnderstands and adheres to HRA policies and procedures and RWS standard operating procedures related to the clinical assessment process and physician review requirements, specificallyEvaluations are conducted in the primary language of the client.Perform additional duties delegated by the CMO.
