APA Baking Center Manager

The part you will playPlan, manage and coordinate all activities related to BC : technical support, trainings, product development, trouble shooting, sensory analysis, formulation, laboratory operations, related to internal – employees, new comers - and external technical support – clients, distributors.Facilitate connections with APA Go-To-Market teams, as well as synergies with Greater China Baking Center teams, and ensure BC department contributes actively to GTM ambitions and objectives.Collect, analyze and report technical information from market - positioning of competitors, trends and changes in customer requirements, etc - and BC activities across APA.Facilitate and support the recruitment and development of the team of baking experts in APA region.Responsibility of OPEX, CAPEX of the APA Baking Centre.Provide relevant support to Baking Center in all subsidiaries in APA sub region.Integrate HSE best practices into all design/product development.Consider HSE risk assessment in new projects (chemical risk, operating mode etc).
