Bookkeeper with HR Knowledge for Taxi & Livery Company

We are a fast-paced taxi, school transportation and livery company seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper with advanced QuickBooks knowledge and a strong background in Human Resources to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.

Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.

Prepare detailed financial reports, assist with budgeting, and ensure tax compliance.

Oversee HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel and compliance records, and driver licensing.

Process payroll and ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.

Provide strategic support to management with insights into financial and HR operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.

Solid knowledge of payroll systems and HR policies.

Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
