Assistant Manager Attractions
Job Purpose:As an Attractions Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Attractions Manager with the ongoing development of the Supervisor level and venue leads, supporting overall team member and guest satisfaction, on-duty venue management, and maintaining strategic and daily operational plans.Job Summary:Direct development of salaried SupervisorHelps ensure creative integrity and standards of AttractionAssist the Manager and Talent Acquisition in hiring, training and development of B192 Attractions team members.Responsible for managing all Team Members by setting work expectations and leadership standardsOffer consistent and timely feedback to hourly staff to ensure effective communication between management and staffDevelop and implement programs to improve guest and Team Member satisfactionEnsure appropriate and timely investigation and response to guest and Team Member concernsMaintains the operational efficiency of attraction during park hours and seasonal/special eventsOversee Team Member reviews and counseling to ensure all guidelines and policies are followed.Encourages Team Member development and participate in Team Member interviews for Premium roles.Serve as designated duty manager for the daily area operation, weekly as scheduledAssists in creating, maintaining and supporting the labor, Training, and non-labor budgetsReview and approve all hourly staff time and attendance forms for accuracyWork closely with Technical Services on venue repairs and upkeepOversee operational compliance, safety, and Training requirementsEnsures that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships
