Construction Supply Store Manager (In Training)

We are a small but rapid growing Company in the Diamond Tool Industry. We need your enthusiasm and we want you to become a significant part of our team. You will be thoroughly trained and supplemented, by watching, listening, learning and by helping us with our Customer Service and Sales needs, wherever necessary, and you will develop hands on knowledge and experience so we may produce, grow and enjoy a long term career together, after only several Months of training in our Diamond Tool Construction Supply Store Management system-

Full Time 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Monday Through Friday, 40 Hrs per Week.

Duties include: greeting customers, cashier, and generating sales tickets, sorting and stocking shelves, sales counter activities, inventory assistance, and possibly other duties as they arise. We are located in Garden City, Idaho, easy access from anywhere in the valley.

It would be helpful, but not necessary, for you to have any of the following skills or experience: Computer Experience, such as Quick Books, type software systems- Telephone Skills- Customer Service experience- Inventory Management experience. We will train and provide you with everything you need.

After being able to pass our apprentice certification test (roughly 60/90 Days, you will receive your first raise of roughly an additional $2 per hour. After 1 Year of Service, benefits include One Week Paid Vacation, One Week Sick Pay, a Retirement SEPP Program, and a custom ACA Health Insurance Package-

Starting Wage is $17.00 to $18.00 depending on qualifications, with regular raises as knowledge, experience and qualifications improve. You will be in training to single-handedly manage the store operations entirely and earning a true managing salary.
