General Maintenance Needed ASAP

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Pay is DOE

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in general maintenance work

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
