We are seeking a Veterinary Director to join our team, bringing not only clinical expertise but also strong leadership and management abilities. This role is ideal for a veterinarian with at least 4 years of post-graduate experience, who is confident in clinical decision-making and managing a variety of cases. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable nurturing the development of junior vets and nurses, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed. In this position, you will use evidence-based diagnoses, therapies, and treatment plans, working independently while also having access to collaboration and mentorship opportunities.
