Civil Engineer – Storm Water/Site Design (Agriculture Experience a Plus)

Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with a background in storm water and site design to join our growing team. Experience in agricultural engineering projects is a valuable plus. Primary Responsibilities: As a Civil Engineer, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver innovative and effective engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting project managers in the design of municipal, civil, and site engineering projects, including:

o Site grading

o Storm sewer and storm water management

o Hydraulic and Hydrologic modeling

o Agricultural engineering design and permitting

o Sanitary sewer

o Water systems

o Roadway design

Preparing project documents, such as specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, permits, agency coordination, and cost estimates.

Collaborating with team members to address client needs, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and forward-thinking.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with a focus on site, water resource, agricultural, or municipal design.

Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, or the ability to achieve licensure within a defined period.

Proficiency or experience in:

o Civil 3D and CAD software

o Roadway and site grading design

o Water, sewer, and storm water modeling

o Municipal infrastructure design

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Adaptability to learn and apply the latest design standards and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience or familiarity with agriculture-related engineering projects is a plus.
