General Manager – Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch (Santa Rosa)

Location: 3441 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Pay: $21-$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, train, and supervise team members, ensuring top-notch performance.

Conduct regular evaluations and provide support to enhance staff skills.

Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.

2. Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent guest service.

Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and order accuracy.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

3. Financial Performance

Control costs, including labor, food, and operating expenses, to align with budget goals.

Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Manage financial processes, including deposits, payroll, and expense tracking.

4. Guest Relations

Ensure all guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Actively engage with guests to build a strong and loyal customer base.

5. Compliance & Safety

Stay updated on and enforce all local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities meet safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance regulations.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
