The Role:

As a Tile Setter, you’ll support our Installation Team with tile installation tasks, including backer board prep, layout, setting, grouting, and sealing. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, this role offers hands-on learning, growth opportunities, and a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in tile installation from start to finish.

Ensure quality and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of construction experience (tile experience preferred).

Ability to lift heavy materials and use tools effectively.

Proficiency in usign power and hand tools for tile cutting and shaping

Knowledge of using straight edges, levels, and squares for precise tile alignment

Experience with waterproofing, membrane installation, and other surface preparation techniques

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
