Sales Enablement Manager
What you’ll do:  Serve as the subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding programs globally.Use your skills to define and own the onboarding strategy, drive execution of global programs and communicate business impact.Lead and manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula and practicum.Operationalize the “how” of how customer-facing teams will utilize sales tools to execute their role in the customer engagement lifecycle.Assist with cadences.Stay apprised of all upcoming functionality by our software vendor and provide role-based updates to our GTM organization.Collaborate with various Press Ganey teams to help create and manage learning content for Onboarding.Manage a reinforcement plan for those onboarding cohorts.Work with Field Leadership to ensure our audiences have demonstrated competency.Work closely with Revenue Operations partners to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness across the team.Establish relevant metrics to measure and report on performance. To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those near a hub location, including Boston or Chicago, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.
