Job Title: Sales Representative – Oasis Futsal Academy

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Oasis Futsal Academy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing academy enrollment, building relationships with local communities, and promoting our youth futsal programs to families in our 3 locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

- Identify and engage potential clients, including parents, schools, and community organizations.

- Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers.

Sales & Enrollment:

- Promote academy programs to parents and guardians, highlighting benefits for youth development.

- Drive sign-ups for training sessions, leagues, and special events.

- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales goals.

Community Engagement:

- Represent the academy at local events, tournaments, and fairs.

- Partner with schools, youth clubs, and sports organizations to increase visibility.

Customer Service:

- Build strong relationships with families and maintain regular communication.

- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.

- Provide feedback on program offerings and market trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (sports industry experience is a plus).

Passion for youth sports, particularly soccer.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend events.
