"Foundation Social Eatery, or FSE, is an upscale, chef-driven restaurant relocating to dynamic downtown Alpharetta from Roswell. Founded by acclaimed chef, Mel Toledo, and wife, Sandy, FSE pulls inspiration from Chef Mel’s own time traveling Europe and staging at Michelin-starred restaurants throughout France. As a local dining destination and gathering spot, FSE offers high-end food in a casual and social environment accompanied by warm, knowledgeable, and intentional hospitality led by operating partner Nick Hassiotis.
The rustic New American cuisine both features French and Italian techniques paired with local, seasonal ingredients. Our cuisine can be enjoyed at the bar, on our spacious patio, or in the main dining room – a luminous, layered space seamlessly incorporating raw and refined elements within both vintage and modern decor.
Hiring all positions for target opening 1st week of December, with training begining mid November. Foundation is looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion for hospitality, and food and beverage culture. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are necessary traits for all positions. Experience is a must. Fine(r) dining experience earns you extra points.
Chef/owner is classicly french trained. This position requires eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic, and acute attention to detail.
