Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our embroidery machines, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and efficiently. You will play a critical role in delivering products that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate embroidery machines ( Barudan) to produce custom designs on garments and other products.

-Prepare machines by threading, setting needles, and loading designs using software and memory devices.

-Ensure proper placement, alignment, and quality of designs on garments.

-Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting issues.

-Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.

-Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area.

-Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience operating embroidery machines is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

-Basic knowledge of embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse) is a plus.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

-Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift garments, and handle repetitive tasks.

-A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
