Senior Program Service Specialist

We are looking for Senior Program Service Specialist to help our clients to make the world a safer, more secure, and sustainable place to live, work, and play!
Provides overall leadership and support to client facing team members.
Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
Collects data from a variety of sources, evaluates and interprets data, and draws conclusions.
Prepares and presents reports to clients or internal UL employees.
May present reports to corporate level audiences.
May supervise the work of other individuals within department or functional area.
Perform client onboarding tasks, systems maintenance, and process automation projects.
Participates in quality control measures, root cause analysis and complaint resolution.
Maintain and update client procedures and administrative or operation information and documentation in accordance with establish governances.
Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.

General degree or equivalent, plus generally five years of related experience.
Familiarity with testing, audits, inspections or other TIC background.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients.
Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
