Job Title UI / UXLocation : Chicago IL Westminster Colorado office or Peoria Hybrid ( 23 days a week in office)Estimated Duration 12 months; possibility to be extendedEducation & Experience Required :Degree or equivalent ( 3 years experience in User experience ) orEquivalent they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification .Masters degree with 3 years experience.Technical SkillsRequired)Use design processes (e.g. wireframes prototypes personas user research journey maps skills etc.) and tools along with design communication skills to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)FIGMA (Design tool)Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)Contribute to the design and definition of features along with user research needs to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards.
