Wellness studio rooms for RENT and Employee opportunities

We are currently looking to add self-motivated Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Aestheticians, Brow Specialist, and other Wellness Professionals to join our team of business owners. Therapists/Specialist must exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness. Our studio has a positive, warm inviting atmosphere. We are located off of 112th, a great central location for Vancouver and surrounding areas. We opened almost 13 years ago, we currently have 10 amazing Therapists/specialist at the studio.

We have one treatment rooms which is available part time starting January 1st 2025, its furnished with room to add your own touches. Cost $365.00 per month.

Qualifications and Requirements for Subleasing

Must carry Individual Liability Insurance

Proof of up to date License/Certification for Therapy

Must adhere to Local and State Licensing Laws and Regulations

Your monthly room rate includes all utilities, common area supplies, water service, security system, refreshments, and weekly cleaning services.
