Expectations for Candidates:

- Reliable Transportation: You must have a vehicle to commute to job sites.

- Organizational Skills: Being organized and following instructions is essential.

- Measurement Proficiency: Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

- Punctuality: Arrive promptly every day (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM) with opportunities for overtime.

- Background Check: Willingness to undergo a background check is required.

- Drug Screening: You must be open to a drug screen (for hard drugs) if necessary.

- Positive Attitude: Patience and a good-natured demeanor are a must.

- Construction Experience: Previous experience in construction is necessary; experience with tile installation is a plus.

- Physical Capability: Must be able-bodied and capable of lifting heavy items.
