District Sales Manager - DSD Route Sales
Manage company owned delivery routes, route supervisors and warehouse personnel in all facets of route operational activity, including hiring, training, merchandising, holiday planning, and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations for 6 to 10 DSD routes.
Maintain and build strong relationships with customers.
Meet or exceed sales goals through new customer growth and efficiency programs.
Manage fleet operations including company vans, route trucks, and transports.
Qualifications:
Four years of DSD route management or route operation preferred.
Able to achieve success through others by providing training, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent driving record.
Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

Salaried position plus bonus to be determined by experience.
