What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in either concrete or steel trades.

Leadership: Strong ability to manage and lead on-site construction teams.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.

Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of safety, quality control, scheduling, and project management in your trade.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Troubleshoot challenges, anticipate project needs, and maintain workflow efficiency.
