Workday AMS Integrations, Security and Reporting Delivery Lead

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work you'll do/Responsibilities Ensure the workload for the AMS Integrations, Security and Reporting teams for break-fix as well as enhancement requests is managed across the project teams and that critical issues are being addressed in a timely manner. Manage part of the workload for the teams for break-fix and enhancement requests as needed. Help identify and assess cross functional impacts from WD configuration or integration changes that would impact other areas. Help manage the bi-annual WD and Adaptive releases by assessing the impact of WD functional changes to the existing systems and assisting with developing changes and regression test plans. Serve as a technical Integration, Security and Reporting resource to drive solutions and support the balancing of capacity across the teams. Manage team issues related to performance, morale, and daily management. Coordinate work between onshore and offshore teams. Guide, communicate and educate our clients on WD Integration, Security and Reporting capabilities, limitations and business process impact including new release management.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

7+ years of WD Integrations, Security and Reporting experience and 3+ years of experience implementing and managing WD applications
Detailed technical experience / skills with Workday Integrations, Security and Reporting
7+ Years Experience serving as a workstream lead on WD Integration implementations or leading an Operate (AMS) engagement
5+ Years Experience leading others and managing US and Offshore teams
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
