HIRING Residential Maintenance Person

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep apartments, mechanical equipment, and structure of an apartment units in repair.

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings such as but not limited to:

Some plumbing

Some electrical

Some heating

Sheetrock

Flooring

Cabinets

Some appliances

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Request and replace broken parts or equipment

Obtain own tools as needed

Provide own transportation (milage reimbursement applies)

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to work in Alaska Outside environments as needed

Snow maintenance on walkways, and stair ways required

Phone (App) usage

Communicative via text or phone

Positive attitude even while under pressure

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm on-call weekends

Or

Sunday through Thursday 8am to 5pm with weekends off
