Primarily, provide administrative and secretarial support to the Agency Personnel attorney, which includes d rafting, reviewing, and prooing routine legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence; maintaining and scheduling attorneys’ calendar; c opying, scanning, and organizing documents for hearings, projects, and meetings; a nswering office telephones; transferring calls; and taking messages; c ollecting and distributing mail, faxes, and packages; o verseeing and maintaining the upkeep of office inventory and office equipment; m aintaining and updating the office records management systems; and p erforming other related duties as assigned; MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING/REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of office procedures and practices. Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective verbal and written communication. Ability to use standard business formats and styles for letters and business forms. Ability to use Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Ability to operate general office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS At least two (2) years of experience working in an office setting. Experience in My Florida Market Place (MFMP) Ariba On Demand (AOD).
