Dynamics Developer

Description Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Dynamics Developer to design, customize, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing solutions within Dynamics 365, including custom workflows, plugins, integrations, and enhancements. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Development & Customization:

Develop custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 using workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and .NET.

Customize Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality.

Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems or applications.

System Optimization & Maintenance:

Monitor and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Optimize system functionality by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Manage updates and patches to maintain system compatibility and performance.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Assist in user training and provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on new features, updates, and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for Dynamics 365 development.

Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization tools, such as workflows and plugins.

Understanding of system integrations using APIs and data migration tools.
