Special Entrance Rates have been established for the following HR job titles:

Human Resources Analyst A $17.43 hourly

Human Resources Analyst B $18.64 hourly

Human Resources Analyst C $20.60 hourly

Premium Pay of up to $2.00 per hour worked. ‘Premium Pay’ is paid in addition to regular pay based on hours worked.This position may be filled as a probational appointment or a job appointment that may last up to 48 months. Job appointments may convert to probational appointments. Also, it may be filled as a detail and promoted within 12 months. As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a Human Resources Analyst A, B or C depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s). May compute service time of employees as required. Verifies accuracy of information and makes needed corrections.Provides general, basic explanation of employee benefit programs and advises employees of various options available under some programs. Reviews benefits documents for accuracy and completeness; forwards to appropriate office.Provides induction documents to new employees, providing guidance and a general overview of each document; follows up to ensure new employee timely completes all required forms.Reviews position descriptions for accuracy of organizational information.
