Role and Responsibilities:
As a Service Writer / Asesor(a) de Servicio al Cliente, your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and gathering detailed information about vehicle issues.
Writing up customer information and service orders.
Communicating customer needs to technicians effectively.
Inputting customer and vehicle information into the service database and CRM system.
Creating service estimates by determining labor, materials, and supplies required.
Selling necessary repairs and services based on customer needs.
Billing customers and managing service transactions.
Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the service process.
Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.
