Instant hot water installer ( propane)

Our water heater has stopped working so now we figure might be a wise strategy to get an installed hot water installed.

Problem we need an installer

Our tenant is also keen on us getting an instant propane hot water heater.

Right now they have no hot water!

Can you do it? If so when? Or who do to suggest we call.?
