Red Top Cinder Mine has a long-standing reputation for producing high-quality cinder materials used in various industries. We’re seeking a candidate who is eager to grow with us, contribute to daily operations, and help maintain our safety and production standards.

Position Overview

This is a dynamic role that offers a mix of equipment operation, plant maintenance, and hands-on labor. Prior experience in mining or quarry operations is preferred but not required. If you’re willing to work hard, get dirty, and learn the ropes of cinder mining, we want to hear from you!

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay: $23.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued PTO.

Candidates with any of the following skills will be strongly considered:

Haul Truck operator

Forklift operator

Loader Operation

Blade Operation

Dozer Operation

Crusher, Screening, and Conveyor Maintenance & Operations

Basic Mechanic Skills

Basic Welding Skills

MSHA Part-46 Miner Training

Key Responsibilities

Perform crusher and plant maintenance tasks

Grease conveyor belts and fuel equipment

Conduct oil changes and other routine equipment maintenance

Replace wear parts and conduct minor equipment repairs

Weld and fabricate parts as needed

Shovel cinder spills and clean hoppers

Operate equipment, including loaders and haul trucks

Load trucks with cinder material

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
