Construction Interface Manager

AECOM is seeking a Construction Interface Manager to be based in Fresno, CA.SUMMARY: The Construction Interface Manager is responsible for facilitating seamless communication and coordination across all teams and stakeholders involved in CP 2-3. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective management of project interfaces, supporting the successful execution of the project, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Construction Interface Manager is integral in aligning all parties, identifying and resolving potential conflicts, and ensuring smooth collaboration across disciplines. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to ensure the effective delivery of the project objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the central point of contact for leadership and all applicable partiesIdentify potential conflicts or issues at project interfaces and proactively work towards their resolutionWork closely with project teams and all applicable parties to provide support and coordination of tasks and activitiesFacilitate regular meetings and provide information to all parties for alignment on project goals, schedules, and progressConfirm that all workstreams are effectively planned, with clear timelines, dependencies, and milestones, and monitor progressIdentify and monitor risks associated with interfaces between teams and disciplinesDevelop and implement mitigation strategies to address issues related to interfaces and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and objectivesDevelop and maintain an interface management plan, clearly outlining roles, responsibilities, and processes for managing interfacesEnsure that all interface-related documents (e.g., schedules, reports, correspondence) are accurate, up-to-date, and shared with relevant stakeholdersPrepare and deliver regular reports on progress to leadership
