MHT-PIT/Forklift Operator- 2nd shift

ABOUT THE JOB In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure safe material handling duties.  Our fast-paced work environment requires that our forklift and other powered industrial trucks are operated in a safe and efficient manner.  You will play a key role in ensuring we meet daily production demands while also complying with our expectations for safe PIT operation.  YOUR ROLE: ·         The bullet points below reflect roughly 80% of your job. We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different directions with tasks added or changed.·         Safely operate powered industrial truck - always putting associate safety above production output. ·         Move product utilizing various types of powered industrial trucks, including sit down, stand up, and walkie-style. ·         Utilize Handheld scanner and E-21 or Great Plains to accurately place and retrieve needed materials in a timely manner.·         Utilize tablet PCs and MES to ensure accurate production status to management team.·         Responsible for daily PIT Inspections. ·         Must keep plus level eligibility·         Supplying skins to BDL/CDL/Saws·         Other duties as assigned or defined by the area Supervisor or Group Lead.
