High school graduate or equivalent

Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, the ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle, transport goods across long distances, adhere to strict delivery schedules, perform pre-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and communicate effectively with dispatchers while complying with all DOT regulations; emphasizing a clean driving record and commitment to safety. Knowledge of general office procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of organization and attention to detail. Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment

Understanding of basic business. Excellent time management skills. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective telephone techniques. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, and the public. Ability to work with ALL types of people. Strong ability to take and follow directives.

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of office information

Ability to lift, move, or transport independently instructional equipment specific to the division

Ability to work flexible hours. Ability to operate and demonstrate all equipment integral to the division

Ability to lift, move, or transport independently up to 30 pounds.

Salary- hourly contract labor with 90day probation period to permnant position

L; up to 30 hours per week
