Spa Receptionist

The ideal Spa Receptionist will be well versed in managing guest relations, from phone calls to in-person greetings; assisting with guest check-in and check-out; offering enhancements to services and providing opportunities for guests to experience "spa at home" with an assortment of products; and most of all, assuring that all guests feel valued, with every need anticipated and delivered with grace and Aloha.
While we are willing to provide ample training on our protocols and software, we do have some minimum qualifications for consideration, including:
Experience in handling phone conversations with customers or guests
Experience (or aptitude) with managing point-of-sale software systems
Excellent in-person communication skills
Professional appearance
Hospitality or Spa work experience is preferred
Positive attitude
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
Genuine care for others
A very high degree of dependability
