Water Damage Technician

Ace Pro Corporation, a Las Vegas, Nevada base Emergency Services Mitigation/Restoration company is seeking a highly experienced Water Damage Technician. Must possess an in-depth knowledge of water mitigation and mold remediation.

Requirements

· Willing to travel if necessary and have flexible schedule

· Valid driver's license and clean driving history

· Clean criminal background

· Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

· Emergency response, mitigation and cleanup of properties damaged by fire, water and mold including content manipulation and/or pack-out & pack-back.

· Technicians will be required to perform moisture mapping and selective demolition of affected materials i.e. sheet rock, carpet, trim, debris, etc.

· Prior experience in mitigation work including structural drying, maintaining drying logs, setting up equipment, water extraction, fire and smoke damage clean up

· Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout mitigation process.

· Ability to self-perform and lead crew for water damage and fire cleaning tasks.

· Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision.

· Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required)

· Follow established safety rules and regulations.

· Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.

Qualifications that are a PLUS:

IICRC Certification (Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Knowledge of XactAnalysis, Xactimate, working knowledge of mobile applications including DASH, email, video and photo messaging.
