Black Forest Brooklyn and Fritz Cocktail bar hiring Host and Server

Black Forest Brooklyn is a busy German Beergarden. Teamwork is everything to us. Everyone is cross-trained to understand best what teammates are doing. We believe this way we have the happiest and most effective team. Our restaurants have large communal tables, outdoor seating. 14 German beers on tap and a La Marzocco espresso machine. We have two locations: 733 Fulton Street and 181 Smith Street Brooklyn, NY. Tips are shared.

We also own a 1920s Berlin inspired Cocktail Bar called Fritz in Fort Greene.

We are looking to hire friendly and experienced Host and Servers who are:

- Very self-driven

- Can arrive to work in a great mood, on time every day

- Can use daily checklists

- Has experience with high volume service in NYC

- Knows a lot about german beer, food and culture

- Has experience anticipating guests' needs before they arise

- Can communicate effectively in English

- Is legal to work in the U.S.
