Skilled Carpenter - Crew Lead

Wages Based on Experience: Minimum 5+ years. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can meet the following requirements and expectations:

Is proficient in all aspects of remodeling.

Including but not limited to;

Demo

Framing

Basic Plumbing & Electrical Rules

Floor & Tile Installation

Roofing

Drywall

Finish Work

We are looking for someone who can:

- Perform carpentry work in accordance with plans, building codes, and specifications

- Communicates well and effectively with all staff, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to keep them all aware of the job progress and any help needed.

- Follow timelines and meet deadlines

- Organize schedules, subs, materials, etc. and manage the crew throughout the project

- Track and maintain a budget

- Able to complete a job from start to finish relatively independently and with confidence

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Can utilize a helper efficiently

- Follows safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
