HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

- Install sheet metal components, including ductwork, roofing, siding, and other metal products, according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.

- Accurately measure and mark sheet metal materials for cutting, using tools such as tape measures, rulers, and shears. Cut and shape sheet metal using various cutting equipment to meet project dimensions.

- Assemble and fabricate sheet metal components, including joining seams, welding, and soldering, to create a finished product that meets quality standards.

- Lay out and position sheet metal components based on project drawings and specifications, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to design requirements.

- Secure sheet metal components in place using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, welding, or soldering techniques. Ensure that all fastenings are done securely to withstand environmental conditions.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project goals are met. Communicate any issues or challenges that may affect project timelines.

- Work effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge and skills to accomplish project goals efficiently.
