Team Leader Facility Management Service Coordinator

National facilities management company, looking for Team Leader, to perform the following:

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES -

Manage a team of service coordinators.

Team is responsible for work order management of facility service requests.

Requests include HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, glass, etc.

You and the team are responsible for the entire process, from beginning to end.

Heavy phone time. (Call store to collect service request details. Call contractors to request services, negotiate price, continual follow-up until job is complete.)

Keep detailed notes on repair issues, status, time to completion for both team and yourself.

Provide updates on progress and time needed to complete service requests.

Oversee team progress and support where needed to meet key deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

Must be EXCELLENT in customer service.

PROFICIENT in emails and phones.

Must have basic CONSTRUCTION knowledge.

A LOT of phone time.

SALES experience is a plus.

Must be able to work in a FAST-PACED environment and meet deadlines.

PERKS AND COMPENSATION -

$20-$22 based on experience.

Annual bonus (based on project completion).

Incentives based on performance.

Advancement to several management roles.

We pay during training 2 weeks $15/hr.

In office M-F with a casual dress code.
