EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Iconic High Rise located in Westwood is seeking an experienced maintenance technician.

You must be skilled in general electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and various maintenance (lock changes, keys etc).

-Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants

- Clean the trash daily

- Must be able to use a smart phone, email, text and complete work orders

A valid drivers license along with a criminal background is required
