Pool & Spa Company Office Manager Opening.
The job requires knowledge of Quick Books, accounting and computer skills such as word and excel. We are a small business that has been in operation over 40 years, with three employees. This is part time and ideal for a person looking for flexible hrs and days. A perfect fit for a retired person looking to supplement they're income. Duties required are and not limited to, invoicing customers, paying bills, payroll, filing, collection calls on late invoices, keeping insurances, licenses and vehicle registrations up to date, reconciling bank statements, etc. Must be able to work well on your own. We are a Christian based Company who expects honesty and integrity from our employees. Our current office manager is willing to assist with the daily operations and help where needed prior to her leaving. She has loved and appreciated her job with us and it is sad to see her leave.
