Pay range $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Depending on Experience
$500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment)

Job Description
This position is responsible for efficient, accurate and timely support for the sales department through various work responsibilities. The Sales Coordinator will provide sales and supplier support, prepare reports, organize meetings, provide product knowledge, and build relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with a variety of clerical duties for executives, sales managers, etc.
Manage access to multiple external sales portals
Process sales orders from both internal and external customers
Process Driver route reconciliation
Coordinate events including meetings, supplier meeting, special events, etc.
Generate and prepare various sales related reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Maintain internal sales related databases and spreadsheets for current information and accuracy.
Gather data from multiple sources and persistently follow up on delegated tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
Job Requirements
Beverage distribution support experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Knowledge of Route Accounting Software and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
Assisting with Travel Arrangements and Expenses through Concur
Basic understanding of accounting payment processing and GL coding
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to analyze data and compile statistical information for use in presentations and to monitor/highlight trends affecting day-to-day operations.
Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
