Accounting Manager
Location: Remote- MexicoMust be fluent in English and SpanishWe are looking for a full-time member of our team who will take on several roles for this fast-growing division of an American company. The position’s primary role will focus on accounting, with additional responsibilities that will include finance and office administration. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and will report to the Corporate Controller (based in the U.S.) and will work closely with the Director of Sales and the HR Manager based in the Monterrey office. Responsibilities: Prepare weekly cash forecast spreadsheet to USA corporate accounting team Accounts Receivable – invoice all customers and intercompany transactions, including obtaining Purchase Orders and uploading invoices to billing portals, follow up on collections and manage customer subscriptions with Mexico’s Go-To-Market team. Provide Quincenal (semi-monthly) payroll transaction data to external CPA firm, review payroll reports and set up payments to employees’ bank accounts Manage and schedule Prestamos (employee advances) funded from Paynom / Bison Technologies  Accounts Payable - manage all vendor invoices and work with Managing Director to process payments Assist with implementation of NetSuite accounting software for the Mexico subsidiary Provide transaction details to CPA firm along with supporting documentation for daily accounting until NetSuite implementation completed, then work with CPA firm for monthly tax and GST reporting Coordinate intercompany and external CPA firm financial requests Assist Corporate Controller (US) with reviewing monthly financial reporting package from CPA firm Perform other Finance and Accounting duties as assigned and special projects as deemed necessary
