Renovation Assistant - Entry Level

Position Overview:

Assist in the renovation of residential properties.

Primary duties:

Delivering materials to and from job sites throughout the Twin Cities area

Moving trailers from site to site and then emptying them.

General job site clean up and trash removal

Assisting with demolition, yard clean up, snow removal, etc.

Assisting with basic tasks such as installing doorstops, lightbulbs, smoke detectors, etc.

The person currently in this role is looking to advance to the next level within our team (so there is opportunity to learn and advance within our organization!)

Qualifications

Possess and maintain valid driver’s license w/clean driving record

Ability to operate minor equipment as needed

Be able to read and understand instructions in English

Must be a self-starter and able to produce quality outcomes with minimum supervision

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Must be able to arrive at work on time and prepared for a variety of tasks and weather conditions.

Preference for individuals with previous experience towing trailers, but willing to train.
