Lakeside cottage resort in Bolton Landing seeking caretaker for maintenance of premises, buildings and docks.

Skills should include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, essential building repairs and upkeep of grounds.

Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience necessary.

Knowledge of shop and grounds equipment necessary.

Experience with farm equipment and ability to work outside four seasons.

Must demonstrate ability to use common sense. References required.
