prep cook for busy italian restaurant

Pappardella is a popular and busy UWS Italian restaurant, serving classic Italian fare including pizza, pasta, fish and grilled meats.

We are looking for a morning prep cook, 5 days a week (off tuesday and thursday).

Responsibilities:

- cook tomato sauce, bolognese, mushroom ragu.

- make potato gnocchi

- clean seafood

- make mashed & roasted potato

-prepare vegetable

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in cooking italian restaurant

- punctual an reliable

- team worker

-available weekends
