Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a manufacturing organization as they look for an experienced accounting/finance candidate to join their team This role calls for strong technical skills to prepare timely financial statements and reports, contribute to our strategic and operating plans, and undertake financial audit tasks. Play a pivotal role in our month-end closing process by scrutinizing data, crafting journal entries, and generating analyses. Assure the accuracy of financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies. Develop and deliver analytical reports, while also leading special projects as needed. Prepare routine and one-off financial reports and reconciliation schedules Work seamlessly with the entire business during the planning processes Ensure our audit readiness by managing documentation and analysis while shoring up internal controls and processes.Interested in this direct hire opportunity? Requirements The ideal candidate will likely possess: 3+ years' experience in an accounting/finance role Proficient in Month End Close procedures Ability reconciliations & GL maintenance Interest in conducting period inventory cycle counts SAP experience is ideal, but any large ERP experience works!
