Job Description:
We need a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include answering and making calls, creating quotes, follow-ups, welcome calls, and computer tasks using Zoho Books, Microsoft Works, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and make calls in English and Spanish.
Create and provide quotes.
Conduct follow-up and welcome calls.
Perform data entry and management using Zoho Books and Microsoft Works.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Reliable transportation.
Reliable smart phone.
