- Prefer for candidates to have a cosmetology background and experience in a salon environment.

- Experience with scissors or shears an asset but not required.

- A calm, patient demeanor to work with high-anxiety pets.

- Attention to detail and a genuine love for animals.

- Willing to train the right person.
