DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with product selections and provide information about availability, pricing, and installation.

Enter orders, process P/Os, and provide freight quotes.

Resolve customer service issues with a positive and proactive approach.

Answer phone inquiries and assist with over-the-phone orders.

Maintain an organized workspace and uphold company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in email and computer systems.

Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Prior customer service experience is preferred.
