De La Nonna, one ofLA's most popular pizza anchored italianrestaurants is open in The Arts District, DTLA and busy! We areexpanding our team, and hope to meet some of the city's most passionate and goal oriented line cooks.We offer competative compensation, health and voluntary benefits package, dining discounts and a respectful work environment where we aimto have a great service and enjoy ourselves while doing it. Line Cooksare responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items. This includes stocking product, being responsible for your station as well as assiting your team mates when their station is busy. We are an "all hands on deck" style team working in an open kitchen. We cross train, make salads, have a raw bar, do specials nightly, and make a ton of focaccia based pizza.
