Do you love skiing and want to work part-time in the ski industry? Join our small, passionate team in Edwards, CO, where we design and build badass telemark ski bindings. Learn how to mount skis, package and ship gear to customers worldwide, and keep things running smoothly—all while enjoying tunes in the shop and Powder Hours on deep snow days!

This role offers flexible hours, making it a great fit for someone balancing other jobs in hospitality, food and beverage, or family responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Fulfill orders: pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments.

- Deliver packages to UPS or USPS in Edwards.

- Mount telemark bindings and assist with repairs or rebuilding.

- Help assemble bindings and manage inventory.

- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Service to ensure a smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

- Passion for skiing, with bonus points if you telemark!

- Handy with tools and eager to learn the ropes of ski gear assembly.

- Energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

- Currently living in the Vail Valley, CO, with ability to commute to the shop.

- Loves a flexible schedule and embraces Powder Hours when it snows more than 6”!
